We use the Hot Water extraction method to clean your carpets.
+What is the cleaning process?
The first initial step in the carpet cleaning process starts with a thorough inspection of the area, identifying any existing stains or problem areas to determine the most suitable cleaning method.

The area will then be thoroughly vacuumed and a pre-cleaning treatment applied. The pre-cleaning treatment will be then be worked into the carpet before hot water extraction commences.

Our professional machine will simultaneously inject and extract the hot water using a special tool. This method of carpet cleaning will neutralise any bacteria and odours. After cleaning, a turbo dryer will be used to reduce the carpet drying time.

The carpet nap will also be reset using a carpet grooming brush and furniture placed onto protective tabs. The final result will be a perfectly clean and sanitised carpet.
